Processing times:
All orders are carefully prepared within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods (new arrivals, promotions, etc.), a slight additional delay may occur.

Delivery methods:
We offer delivery via La Poste (Lettre Suivie) or Mondial Relay in Metropolitan France.

Prices:
Delivery costs are calculated automatically at the time of order based on weight and destination.

Free delivery on orders over €60 (mainland France only).

Follow up :
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website.

Delays / Loss:
