These general terms and conditions of sale govern all sales made on the website www.coeurmeridien.fr .
PRODUCTS
Our jewelry is made of stainless steel. Each piece is carefully described, but slight differences may exist between the photos and the actual product.
PRICE
Prices are displayed in euros, VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Delivery costs are calculated at the time of ordering.
PAYMENT
Payment is 100% secure via Shopify Payments, credit card or PayPal.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, earrings are neither returnable nor exchangeable for hygiene reasons. Other items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
